What it is
What Business ERP is, and how it differs from RIVER ERP
Business ERP is Dolibarr, a long-established open source ERP and CRM, configured, branded and hosted by MrZaKaRiA IT Solutions. We did not write Dolibarr. Our work is the choice of modules, the French menu, the way the modules hand work to each other, the branding, the hosting and the upgrades.
It is the quick, standard option. If your processes fit a well-proven package, you can be working in it within days. If you need Moroccan TVA, IS and payroll engines, point of sale or a system shaped around you, RIVER ERP is our own custom-built ERP. It can import a Dolibarr company's contacts, products, stock and invoice history. For a fully custom system, see custom ERP development.

The catch, in our words
What Business ERP does not do
It is a standard package. Accounting runs in Dolibarr's simplified mode, so it does not produce a full balance sheet or journals for your accountant. The Salaries module records salary payments but does not compute Moroccan payslips. There is no DGI e-invoicing. Multi-company and multi-currency are not switched on in this configuration.
The interface is in French. There is no public demo account, because the live instance holds real clients' records. Book a demo and we will show it on sample data. If you need payroll, Moroccan tax engines, point of sale or deep customisation, RIVER ERP is the better choice. It can import your Business ERP data later.

Did MrZaKaRiA write the software?
No. Dolibarr is an independent open source project. Our work is the module selection, the configuration, the branding, the hosting and the upgrades.

How is it different from RIVER ERP?
Business ERP is a configured package and quick to start. RIVER ERP is our own custom-built system with Moroccan TVA, IS, withholding and payroll, serial and warranty tracking, point of sale and AI. RIVER can import a Dolibarr company's contacts, products, stock and invoice history.

Does it do Moroccan payroll or DGI e-invoicing?
Not in this configuration. Accounting runs in simplified mode, and the Salaries module records payments instead of computing payslips. RIVER ERP covers those needs.

Which areas does it cover, and can it connect to our other tools?
