What it is
Built around how a jewelry workshop really works
Generic ERPs count units. A jewelry workshop counts grams, carats, workers and losses. GoldERP follows that flow. Metal and stones come in from suppliers. They go out to workers against a recipe. They come back as finished pieces with the losses accounted for. They leave as sales paid in cash, by post-dated cheque or on credit.
GoldERP is built by MrZaKaRiA IT Solutions. Version 26 is a rebuild on Laravel 13 and Filament of a workshop system in daily use since 2020. Live gold and silver prices per gram, in US dollars and Moroccan dirhams, sit on the home screen.

Each product has a recipe of gold weight and stones. Assigning a batch to a worker shows what to issue.

Losses are tracked per worker as their own materials. Recovered residue goes back into stock.

The catch, in our words
What GoldERP does not do
Prices are in Moroccan dirhams, and only the spot price also shows in dollars. There is no karat or purity tracking, no barcodes, no multi-branch and no online store. The profit view is cash-basis, so read it over a month or more. Metal bought in one period is often sold in another.
The admin screens are in English. Printed documents are in French, Arabic or English. The importer for GOLD ERP 3 has been tested on sample data, not yet on a full shop's real history. We run that check with you before you switch. If you need a missing feature, say so on the call.

GoldERP is jewelry inventory software for gold and silver workshops. It tracks metal and stones by weight, issues them to workers, records losses and handles sales paid in cash, cheque and credit. Silver follows the same flow as gold.

Can it track gold I give to a worker and what comes back?
Yes. Each issue of gold, silver or stones to a worker is recorded. On return you record the finished weight, returned metal or stones, table and polishing losses, and an optional labour payment. Each product has a recipe, so assigning a batch works out what to issue.

Can a customer pay part cash, part cheque and part on credit?
Yes. Every sale splits into cash, cheque with its number and due date, and credit. Cheques are cleared later and credit is settled later. Each customer's outstanding total is computed for you.

What languages are the invoices in?
French by default, with Arabic or English selectable per customer. Each invoice and receipt prints twice on one A4 sheet. The admin screens are in English.

Does it show profit?
It shows a cash-basis trading result for any period: sales of gold, silver and products minus metal, stone and labour costs, with a margin. Read it over a month or longer.

We already use GOLD ERP 3. Can we keep our data?
Yes. An importer moves the old database into GoldERP 26, and a parity check compares the balances between the two. We run it with you on your real data before you switch.
