FAQ

Software development questions buyers ask before committing

Short answers on scope, cost, timelines, ownership and support. The service links below go deeper on each topic.

1

What kinds of projects does MrZaKaRiA handle?

Custom websites and web platforms, ERP and CRM systems, e-commerce stores, AI and workflow automation, cloud hosting and servers, and design and branding. The stronger projects combine several of these.

2

How much does a custom software project cost?

Custom projects start at $10,000. They are scoped up front, with a fixed price and milestones. A website costs $7,500, or $15,000 with the SEO package. We scope it, quote it and start within 3 to 5 business days. The pricing page lists the three packages.

3

How long does a project take?

The timeline is agreed in the quote, because it depends on scope. We build in short cycles, with working software to review at every step. An ERP goes live one module at a time, so the first module ships in weeks rather than months.

4

Who owns the code and the data?

You do. On a custom build, the repository, the documentation and a walkthrough are handed over at the end, so the system is yours to keep, extend or move. Our own products are licensed to your domain and run on a server you control.

5

Can an existing business system be improved instead of replaced?

Yes. Many projects start by restructuring what already exists. Rebuilding everything is not always the right commercial decision. A short discovery pass shows which parts to keep, fix or replace.

6

Should I build a custom ERP or buy a ready-made one?

Ready-made software fits standard processes. A custom ERP suits businesses with their own rules, or where per-seat licence fees keep growing. We build custom ERP, and we also run proven open-source ERP for clients who prefer a ready-made start.

7

Do you only build websites?

No. The stronger work usually includes operations, automation, hosting, APIs, dashboards, internal workflows or commercial system logic around the website.

8

Do you support launch, hosting and post-launch improvements?

Yes. We can host, monitor and back up the system, or hand it to your own team. Managed hosting includes SSL, daily backups, a CDN and monitoring. Ongoing support covers revisions, SEO improvements, conversion refinements and system extensions.

9

Can design quality and SEO performance exist on the same site?

Yes. The build process keeps visual quality, motion, semantic structure, metadata, crawlability and page performance aligned.

10

Is the work suitable for companies outside Morocco?

Yes. MrZaKaRiA works remotely from Casablanca, in English, and in French or Arabic for Moroccan clients. Discovery, design review, technical planning and delivery all run online, across time zones.

11

How do projects usually start?

With a short discovery call. We cover the business context, the current constraint, the target outcome, the priority and what success should look like after launch. We scope it, quote it and start within 3 to 5 business days.

12

What makes a project a good fit?

A good fit is a business that values quality, wants clearer execution, and needs someone who can think across design, engineering and systems together.

Still Unsure

If the project is specific, the right answer is usually a short scoped conversation.

A short consultation can clarify whether the need is a new build, a rebuild, or a focused improvement pass. That usually saves more time than another round of generic vendor comparisons.
