Six categories from software to on-site, four priorities, file attachments, search and filters.
WaveTicket — early access, by MrZaKaRiA IT Solutions
WaveTicket is IT helpdesk software for companies that support several client businesses. Client staff open tickets. Your agents and technicians work them against SLA clocks. Needs become quotes that the client's decision-maker approves line by line. It is in early access, with a French interface.
Response and resolution clocks per priority. Critical starts at 15 minutes and 2 hours.
A ticket workflow with guarded moves, from New to Closed.
Clients accept, reject or adjust each quote line, not the whole quote.
Every user sets a new password and two-factor login before first use.
What it is
IT service companies often juggle a ticket tool, a technician calendar and spreadsheets for quotes. WaveTicket puts all three in one flow. A ticket can become an on-site visit or a quote, and its status follows along.
Each client company's data is kept apart. Client users see only their own tickets. Your internal team sees every company.
WaveTicket is built by MrZaKaRiA IT Solutions. It is version 1.0 alpha, and we are looking for IT companies who want to shape it with us. Quotes can later hand over to RIVER ERP, but that link is a simulation today. If you need a system built around your own process, see custom ERP development.
What is inside
These features are in the current alpha build.
Tickets
Six categories from software to on-site, four priorities, file attachments, search and filters.

Response and resolution deadlines per priority. The first reply stops the response clock. Late tickets are flagged.
Workflow
From New to Closed, with Awaiting quote, Awaiting approval and On site in between. Only valid moves are allowed.
Quotes
Agents request a quote and managers build it. The client's decision-maker accepts, rejects or adjusts each line.
On site
Request a visit, assign a technician and a time slot, and follow it from en route to completed.
Conversation
One thread per ticket, with internal notes hidden from the client and a log of every change.
Remote access
Each requester's remote-access IDs and passwords sit on the ticket, encrypted at rest.
Reporting
SLA compliance, categories, priorities, top agents, on-site and quote activity, compared with last month.
Security
Forced password change, two-factor login, throttled sign-in and bulk user import with one-time credential PDFs.

Yes. The client's owner or decision-maker reviews the quote and accepts, rejects or adjusts each line. The accepted lines are then submitted as an order.
No. Client users see only their own company's tickets, and your internal staff see every company. Every user must change the first password and set up two-factor login. Sign-in is rate-limited, and remote-access credentials are encrypted at rest.
Not yet. The interface and the reports are in French. English is on the list of things early-access companies can help us prioritise.
No. It is an early-access alpha. It works for the flows on this page, but it does not send email yet and its test coverage is minimal. We run it as a pilot with you instead of selling it as finished.
