Enterprise CRM — managed by MrZaKaRiA IT Solutions

Twenty CRM on your own server, managed for you

Enterprise CRM is a private Twenty CRM instance that MrZaKaRiA IT Solutions installs, hosts, upgrades and backs up for you. Twenty is a modern open source CRM with people, companies and deals, custom objects, kanban views and no-code workflows. Every record stays in your own PostgreSQL database.

SCROLL

Twenty 2.41

The current release of the open source CRM, running live on our server and health-checked.

Your database

Every record sits in your own PostgreSQL database, with product analytics switched off.

13 actions

No-code workflow steps (records, filters, delays, email, HTTP, code and AI) behind 4 kinds of trigger.

33 languages

Interface languages in the live build, English, French and Arabic among them.

What it is

What Enterprise CRM is, and what it is not

Enterprise CRM is Twenty, an established open source CRM built with React, NestJS and PostgreSQL. MrZaKaRiA IT Solutions runs it for you as a private instance. We did not write Twenty. We handle the install, setup, import, HTTPS, backups, upgrades and support.

That split is the point. You get a modern CRM that a large community keeps improving. You do not rent it seat by seat, and you do not become your own system administrator. Your data stays in a standard PostgreSQL database on a server you control.

Need a CRM built from scratch instead? See custom CRM development, or look at RIVER ERP for a self-hosted ERP with CRM built in.

What is inside

Everything a sales team works in every day

These are Twenty's own features, running on the live instance. Where something needs extra setup, it says so.

Records

People, companies and deals

Contacts, organisations and opportunities, linked together, with notes, tasks and attachments.

Pipeline

Deals by stage

An opportunities pipeline with table, kanban and calendar views, each with its own filters.

Your model

Custom objects and fields

Add your own objects and fields, so the CRM matches how you sell.

Automation

No-code workflows

Trigger on a record change, a schedule, a webhook or by hand. Then update records, send email, call an API or ask an AI agent.

Communication

Mailbox and calendar

IMAP, SMTP and CalDAV are on. Google and Microsoft sync is set up on request.

Insight

Dashboards and AI

Dashboards built from widgets, plus an AI chat and AI agents on the providers you configure.

Access

Roles and permissions

Role-based access, so each person sees and changes what their job needs.

Data

Import, export and API

CSV import for companies and contacts, full export, and REST and GraphQL APIs with webhooks.

Operations

Run for you

A Docker Compose stack behind HTTPS. We handle backups and staged upgrades.

Shape it to your process

A CRM that bends to how you sell

Most CRMs make you rename your process to fit their fields. Twenty lets you add the objects your business has, such as projects, contracts or vehicles.

  • Custom objects and fields, with relations between them
  • Saved table, kanban and calendar views for each team
  • Workflows that move a deal, notify a colleague or call your other systems
  • AI agents available as a workflow step
You use the CRM. We run the server. You use the CRM. We run the server.

Operated for you

You use the CRM. We run the server.

Self-hosting only pays off if someone looks after it. Our runbook covers the whole life of the instance.

  • Private single-workspace install on a server we manage
  • PostgreSQL dumps and attachment archives, backed up apart from the platform
  • Pinned versions and staged upgrades, so an update never surprises you
  • HTTPS, monitoring and a health check on the live instance

Delivery

From first call to a CRM your team uses

The same six steps every time. Nothing is installed before your process is written down.

01

Map your process

We go through how you find, follow and close customers, and decide which objects, fields and stages the CRM needs.

02

Install

A private Twenty instance on its own server, with HTTPS, backups and monitoring from day one.

03

Configure

Objects, fields, views, roles and the first workflows, set up to your process.

04

Import

Your contacts, companies and open deals come across by CSV or API, checked before go-live.

05

Train

A working session with your team on their own pipeline, not on a demo.

06

Run

Upgrades, backups and support continue after launch. You can also take the instance over yourself at any time.

Compare

Enterprise CRM vs a SaaS CRM vs installing Twenty yourself

HubSpot and Salesforce are excellent products with ecosystems we do not match, and two rows below say so. The question is whether you want to rent a CRM per seat or own one.

What you own

What stays yours, whatever happens

The protections are real and each one has a limit, stated here instead of in a contract footnote.

  • Your records live in a standard PostgreSQL database. A dump gives you all of it.
  • Export is built in: CSV export from the CRM, and full access through the API.
  • Twenty's core is open source under AGPLv3. Files marked Enterprise in its codebase need a paid Twenty Enterprise licence. We tell you if your setup needs one.
  • The stack is plain Docker Compose. If you ever want to run it yourself, the runbook comes with it.
  • One private workspace on its own server. Product analytics are switched off.

FAQ

Enterprise CRM: the questions buyers ask

Straight answers, including the one about who wrote the software.

1

What is Enterprise CRM, and did you build it yourselves?

Enterprise CRM is a private instance of Twenty CRM, an established open source CRM. We did not write Twenty. MrZaKaRiA IT Solutions deploys, configures, hosts, upgrades and backs up the instance for you. The live instance runs Twenty 2.41.

2

Where is our data stored?

In your instance's own PostgreSQL database, with attachments on the same server. It is not a shared multi-tenant cloud.

3

Can it match our sales process, and does it include AI?

Yes, within Twenty's features. You can add custom objects and fields, build table, kanban and calendar views such as deals by stage, and automate steps with no-code workflows. Twenty also includes an AI chat and AI agents, which run on the model providers you configure.

4

Does it connect to email and calendar?

IMAP, SMTP and CalDAV connection is enabled. Google or Microsoft sync is supported by Twenty and set up on request, because each needs its own app approval.

5

Can we bring our existing contacts and deals?

Yes. Companies and contacts import by CSV, and anything else can come in through the REST or GraphQL API. We check the import before go-live.

6

Is there lock-in?

No. Twenty's core is AGPLv3 open source and your data is in standard PostgreSQL. You can export everything, or take over the instance yourself.
