Discovery call
We ask about your audience, your busiest weeks and who signs off accessibility.
Edinburgh
We design and build websites for Edinburgh organisations, remotely, from Casablanca. Edinburgh keeps UK time, so your whole working day fits inside ours. Festival-season traffic, accessibility for public bodies, and the Scottish legal setting are scoped before any code is written.
Edinburgh, from Casablanca
Web design Edinburgh buyers can book without a trip south: we design, build and launch your site from Casablanca and work in UK hours. We have no Edinburgh office. If you want an agency you can walk to, choose a local studio.
Edinburgh keeps UK time. Our clocks match from late March to late October, and in winter we are one hour ahead. Scottish bank holidays differ from those in England, so we mark them in the project calendar.
Edinburgh is Scotland’s capital and the seat of the Scottish Parliament and Government. It is also a long-established financial centre, a university city, and the host of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and the International Festival each August. That shapes the brief: pages that survive traffic spikes, sites that meet public sector accessibility rules, and terms written for Scottish law.
This page sits inside our web design agency services for the UK, part of the UK hub. For the studio itself, see our design service and our web design agency overview.
The Scottish setting
Scots law. UK data protection and consumer rules apply in Scotland, as does the Equality Act, but Scotland has its own legal system and contract law. Your site terms should name the governing law your solicitor chooses. We build the terms page, cookie banner and privacy notice structure. Your adviser writes the legal text.
Gaelic. Some Scottish public bodies publish a Gaelic language plan. If yours does, we plan a bilingual structure from the start, and a native writer produces the Gaelic copy.
Accessibility. Public sector sites, such as councils and health boards, must meet WCAG level AA and publish an accessibility statement. Private organisations are not bound by that regulation, but the Equality Act 2010 still expects reasonable adjustments.
Either way, we test keyboard use, focus order, contrast and alt text, and write the target into the scope.
Festival season
Edinburgh traffic does not grow in a straight line. A festival opens, tickets go on sale, and a normal week becomes a very large one. We build static pages, cache them close to visitors, keep booking on its own path and agree a plan for your busiest weeks before launch.
Accessibility
We check each template for keyboard order, visible focus, colour contrast, alt text and headings before it goes to review. Forms get clear labels and error messages. For public bodies we also draft the accessibility statement structure for your team to complete.
Services
One team for the design, the build and the systems behind the site.

FAQ
What organisations in Edinburgh ask before they book a call.
No. We work remotely from Casablanca and meet on video. If you want an agency you can visit, choose a local studio. If you want a fixed quote, working previews and the code at the end, we are a good fit.
Yes, with planning. We build static, cached pages, keep booking on its own path and agree the hosting size for your busiest weeks. We do not promise a visitor number. We test the booking flow before launch.
Scotland has its own legal system, so your terms should name the governing law your solicitor chooses. UK data protection, consumer and equality rules still apply. We build the pages, and your adviser writes the legal text.
Only if your organisation publishes a Gaelic plan or your audience asks for it. We can build the language structure. A native writer produces the Gaelic copy.
Public sector sites must meet WCAG level AA and publish an accessibility statement. Private organisations fall under the Equality Act 2010, and WCAG is the usual benchmark. We write the target into the scope.
Stripe and PayPal for cards and wallets, with 3-D Secure on card payments. Overseas visitors can pay in their own currency where the provider supports it. We test checkout totals before launch.
