A client abroad wants what a client at home wants: a clear scope, a fixed quote and software that keeps working. The difference is distance, so we plan for it. Some buyers call this offshore software development, or nearshore when the client is in Europe. We call it remote work done properly.

Contracts, payments, ownership
What we agree before work starts
Contract and payment. Every project starts with a short discovery call. We scope it, quote it and start within 3 to 5 business days. The quote lists deliverables, timeline, a payment schedule tied to delivered milestones, and what is not included. See how quoting works on the pricing page.
Governing law, invoice currency and payment method are written into the agreement with you, never assumed. Have your own lawyer read it, as you would for any supplier.
Code and data. You own the code, the documentation and your data. At handover you receive the repository and a walkthrough, so another developer can take over without us. There is no lock-in.
If your rules limit where personal data may be stored, say so in the first call. We agree the hosting region with you before any customer data is stored. See how managed hosting and backups work.

- Canada: GST and HST, PIPEDA, French-language rules in Quebec, and Eastern-time overlap with Casablanca. We build websites in five cities, run SEO, and add CRM and ERP.
- USA: Sales tax set state by state, privacy laws that differ by state, and morning calls for the East Coast. We build custom software, MVPs and white label sites, run AI SEO, and design websites in seven cities.
- United Kingdom: VAT at 20 % with Making Tax Digital, UK GDPR and a working day that matches ours. We build bespoke and Laravel software, white label sites and AI SEO, and design websites in four cities.
- Europe: EU VAT, GDPR and the same working day as Casablanca, give or take an hour. We build ERP, CRM and web software for teams in Germany, the Netherlands and Ireland.
- The Gulf: UAE VAT at 5 %, Saudi VAT at 15 % with ZATCA e-invoicing, and Arabic right-to-left layouts, which need their own design pass. We build websites, CRM, ERP and apps for the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
- Australia: GST at 10 %, the Privacy Act, and the biggest time gap: the east coast is 9 to 10 hours ahead of Casablanca. We run SEO, build POS and custom software, and design websites in six cities.
- South Africa: VAT at 15 %, POPIA and a time zone only one hour from ours. We build custom software and design websites in four cities.

What buyers outside Morocco ask before they book a call.
Yes. Our way of working is remote-first and in English, built for international delivery. Projects run through video calls, written briefs and working previews you can open in your browser.

How do you handle the time difference?
We plan calls in the hours both sides share and keep everything else in writing, so work never waits for a meeting. With North America the shared window is your morning. With the UK, Europe and South Africa you get most of the working day.

Do you have an office in my country?
No. We run from Casablanca, Morocco, and we do not claim local offices or addresses. If you need a supplier who can meet you in person, a local studio is a better fit.

Who owns the code and the data?
You do. At handover you receive the repository, the documentation and a walkthrough. Your data stays yours, and we agree where it is hosted before any customer data is stored.

How are contracts and payments handled?
We scope it, quote it and start within 3 to 5 business days. Payments follow delivered milestones. Governing law, invoice currency and payment method are written into the agreement, and your lawyer should review it.

Which languages do you work in?
English for all of these markets. If you need a site in another language, we build the structure and a native speaker should write or review the text.
