White label web design means we design and build, and you deliver the result to your client as your own work. Your agency keeps the relationship, the brand and the margin. We stay out of sight: no credit line, no footer link, and no contact with your client unless you invite it.
We are a studio in Casablanca, not a UK business. If a contract or tender asks you to name subcontractors or say where work is done, answer truthfully. We will give you the details you need.
UK agencies keep UK hours, and so do we. Casablanca matches UK time in summer and runs one hour ahead in winter. Your account manager can call at 09:30 and get an answer the same morning. See the UK hub for the exact overlap.

UK points to settle
Contracts, rules and what your client will ask
Contracts and ownership. We sign an NDA before you share a brief. The agreed scope and the ownership of the finished site are written down before work starts. At handover you receive the repository, the documentation and a walkthrough.
VAT. Invoices from a supplier abroad raise a VAT question. UK VAT-registered businesses often account for it themselves under the reverse charge. Ask your accountant.
What UK clients expect. A cookie banner that follows PECR. A privacy notice that matches UK GDPR. WCAG level AA for public sector clients. Company name, number and registered office in the footer of a limited company’s site, as UK company law requires.
We build the structure and the consent tooling. Your client’s lawyer writes the legal text.
Fit
When white label works, and when it does not
It works when you have design or sales strength but no developers. It also works when projects arrive in peaks, or when you want a build team that shares your hours.
It does not work when your client insists on an in-person developer, or needs WordPress specifically. Tell us before the quote, and we will say plainly whether we are the right team.
