Discovery call
One call in the slot that suits you, usually the last hour of your day. We agree the goal, the scope and the rules that apply.
Australia
Software development company Australia teams can hire remotely: we build websites, SEO, POS and custom software from Casablanca, in English. Expect a written update every working day and one short call a week. GST, privacy and code ownership are agreed before the first invoice.
Why Australia
Software development company Australia buyers can hire without a flight: we design, build and run websites, SEO, point-of-sale systems and custom software from Casablanca. You get a fixed quote, a working preview at every step and the code at handover.
We are a remote studio, and we say so. There is no Australian office, address or phone number, and we list no Australian clients. Australia is seven to ten hours ahead of us, so most of the work travels in writing: a short update every working day, a preview link you can open any time and one standing call a week.
The table below shows how the hours line up.
Time zones
Counted for a 09:00 to 18:00 day in Casablanca and a 09:00 to 17:00 day on your side. Casablanca stays on UTC+1 all year and moves to UTC+0 during Ramadan, which adds one hour to every gap. New South Wales, Victoria, Tasmania, the ACT and South Australia use daylight time from the first Sunday of October to the first Sunday of April.

Rules we build around
Tax. Australia charges GST of 10 % on most goods and services. A business generally must register once its turnover reaches A$75,000, and it reports GST in its Business Activity Statement. Tax invoices carry the supplier’s ABN and the GST amount, and shop prices are normally quoted GST-inclusive. A store, a till or an invoicing system has to follow those habits. Ask your accountant how GST applies to an invoice from a supplier abroad. We give you itemised invoices to work from.
Privacy. The Privacy Act 1988 and its 13 Australian Privacy Principles cover personal information. Under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme, an eligible breach must be reported to the OAIC and to the people affected. When data goes to an overseas team such as ours, the business must take reasonable steps to keep it protected. Whether the Act covers you depends on your size and sector, so confirm it with your lawyer.
Email and domains. The Spam Act 2003 requires consent and an unsubscribe link in marketing email. A .com.au name needs an Australian presence, such as an ABN, so the registration stays in your business’s name.
What we build
Start with the service you need. Each page explains the Australian details.
Across the time difference
A written update each day, one call a week and one feedback round a day.
One call in the slot that suits you, usually the last hour of your day. We agree the goal, the scope and the rules that apply.
An itemised quote lists deliverables, a timeline and a payment schedule tied to milestones.
What changed, what is next and what we need from you. It waits for you at the start of your day.
Notes you send at the end of your day are the first thing we read when ours starts. We work while you sleep, and the new preview is ready for your morning.
Domain, hosting and analytics are set up with you. You receive the code, the documentation and a walkthrough.
FAQ
What businesses in Australia ask before they book a call.
No. We work remotely from Casablanca, Morocco, and we do not claim an Australian address, phone number or client. You get a call in the slot that suits you and written updates in between.
On the east coast, none on a standard day, because Australia is 9 to 10 hours ahead of us. We hold one call a week at the end of your day, which is our early morning. Perth has one shared hour. Everything else is written.
Yes, as custom work. We agree the tax rules with you and your accountant, write them into the scope and test them before launch. Our ready products, such as RIVER ERP, are built Morocco-first, so Australian GST and BAS reporting are not ready-made modules.
The Privacy Act does not ban it, but it expects you to take reasonable steps to protect the data. We agree in writing who can see production data, use test data for development wherever we can, and set the hosting region before any customer data is stored. Your lawyer can confirm what applies to you.
No, because we list no Australian clients. Our clients are on the clients page, and the portfolio shows the kind of systems we build. We would rather say so here than on the call.
Next step
Tell us your state and your sector. We will pick a call slot at the end of your day, check the tax and privacy rules with you and name a first scope.
