Software for Australia

Custom software development Australia, built remotely

Custom software development for Australian businesses: portals, APIs, ERP and CRM built remotely from Casablanca. We scope GST, payroll, payments and privacy before any code, and you own the repository at handover. Calls sit at the end of your Australian day.

SCROLL

What it means

Software built around how you work

Custom software development for Australian businesses means a system built around how you work: a client portal, an internal tool, an API, an ERP or a CRM. We build it remotely from Casablanca on Next.js, React and Laravel, quote a fixed price, start within 3–5 business days and hand over the code.

We are a remote studio. There is no Australian office, and we list no Australian clients. What we offer is a clear process: scope the Australian integrations first, build in short cycles with a preview link, and keep calls to one a week at the end of your day. The Australia hub shows the time zones.

Our custom web development page shows the stack, and the ERP and CRM pages cover business systems. Read how we price too.

Scope

What goes into an Australian scope

These items are written into the quote before any code starts.

  • GST codes, tax-invoice layout and period reports agreed with your accountant
  • Payroll, super and ATO reporting routed through an established provider
  • ABN checks, Xero or MYOB posting and payment methods listed one by one
  • Hosting region, access to production data and breach steps written down
  • An accessibility target, usually WCAG 2.x level AA, for anything customers use
  • Test data for development, so real customer records stay in production

How it runs

How a software project runs across the time difference

One call a week, a written update each day and a preview link every cycle.

01

Discovery and scope

A call at the end of your day. We list the screens, the data, the integrations and the Australian rules.

02

Itemised quote

Scoped up front: deliverables, a timeline and a payment schedule tied to milestones. Work starts within 3–5 business days.

03

Build in short cycles

Each cycle ends with running software on a preview link, ready for your morning.

04

Test with your rules

Your accountant’s GST examples and your sample data go through a staging copy.

05

Hand over and operate

You receive the repository, the documentation and a walkthrough. We can also run it for you.

FAQ

Questions from Australian buyers

What businesses in Australia ask before they commission software.

1

How much does custom software development cost?

Custom projects start at US$10,000. After a short discovery call we scope the work and agree a fixed price with milestones, then start within 3–5 business days. The price stays fixed once you accept it. Our pricing page lists the packages.

2

How does the time difference work?

Australia is 7 to 10 hours ahead of Casablanca. On the east coast a standard day shares no hours, and Perth shares one. We hold one call a week at the end of your day and write everything else, so a preview link and a short update wait for you each morning.

3

Who owns the code?

You do. At handover you receive the repository, the documentation and a walkthrough, so another developer can continue. Nothing locks you to us.

4

Can you integrate with Xero, MYOB or the ATO?

Xero and MYOB publish APIs, so we can post invoices and payments to them. Single Touch Payroll and SuperStream usually go through an established provider, so we integrate with one rather than connect to the ATO directly.

5

Do you hold ISO 27001 or IRAP assessments?

We do not list ISO 27001, SOC 2 or IRAP certifications for the studio. If your contract needs one, say so on the first call and we will answer plainly.

6

Who maintains the software after launch?

Monthly engagements cover hosting, monitoring, backups, security updates, support and an improvement budget on one invoice. Or you take the code and run it with your own developers.
