ERP software for Saudi ArabiaSaudi Arabia
We are a software development company serving Saudi businesses remotely from Casablanca. We build ERP, CRM and web systems with ZATCA e-invoicing, 15 % VAT and Arabic right-to-left layouts in scope from day one. Riyadh is two hours ahead of us, on a Sunday-to-Thursday week.
Saudi Arabia, from Casablanca
Software development company Saudi Arabia businesses can hire remotely: we build ERP, CRM, web and mobile systems from Casablanca, in English, and scope the Saudi rules first. That means ZATCA e-invoicing, VAT at 15 %, the Personal Data Protection Law and Arabic right-to-left screens. We have no Saudi office and name no Saudi clients.
Saudi Arabia keeps UTC+3 all year, with no daylight saving. Casablanca is UTC+1, so Riyadh is two hours ahead, or three during Ramadan when Morocco moves to UTC+0. The Saudi working week runs Sunday to Thursday. We count a Monday-to-Friday week in Casablanca, so we share Monday to Thursday, about six hours a day on a 09:00 to 17:00 Riyadh day. Friday is the weekend in Saudi Arabia, and a Sunday message waits until Monday morning.
This page sits under the Gulf hub, UAE hub and all markets. Our custom web development page shows the stack, and pricing explains how we quote.
Saudi rules
VAT and e-invoicing. VAT is 15 %. ZATCA, the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, runs Fatoora, the e-invoicing system. Phase one, in force since December 2021, requires invoices to be generated electronically, with Arabic text. Phase two applies in waves set by company revenue. Standard (B2B) invoices are cleared by ZATCA before they reach the buyer, and simplified (B2C) invoices are reported within 24 hours. Confirm your wave with ZATCA or your adviser.
Data and language. The Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), supervised by SDAIA, has applied since September 2023. It covers collecting, storing and moving personal data, including transfers outside the Kingdom. Government-linked and regulated clients may add rules from the National Cybersecurity Authority and the Communications, Space and Technology Commission. Arabic is the official language, so Saudi users expect Arabic first and English second.
Payments and addresses
Payments. Saudi shoppers pay with mada, the national debit network, with Apple Pay and with cards. Gateways that serve the Kingdom include HyperPay, Moyasar, Tap Payments and PayTabs. Buy-now-pay-later runs through Tabby or Tamara, and SADAD handles bill payments.
Addresses. The Saudi National Address, with its short address code, is the standard way to describe a location. Checkout forms, customer records and invoices should store it. A ZATCA invoice also needs the seller’s address and, on standard invoices, the buyer’s name, address and VAT number.
Language. We work in English. We design right-to-left screens from the start and recommend a native Arabic writer for customer-facing copy.

FAQ
What businesses in Saudi Arabia ask before they commission software.
No. We are a studio in Casablanca working remotely, and we name no Saudi clients. We meet on video in the shared window and put every decision in writing.
Riyadh is two hours ahead of Casablanca, or three during Ramadan. We share Monday to Thursday, about six hours a day. Friday is the Saudi weekend, and a Sunday message waits until Monday morning.
We build invoice generation to ZATCA’s published specification and test it in ZATCA’s sandbox. Your company completes onboarding, and your accountant confirms your wave. We show the test results, so nothing rests on a promise.
We work in English. We build Arabic and bilingual interfaces with right-to-left layouts, and we recommend a native Arabic writer for copy that customers read.
We agree the hosting region before any customer data is stored. The PDPL covers transfers outside the Kingdom, and some clients need in-Kingdom hosting, so we ask at the start.
It depends on scope. Custom projects start at $10,000, scoped up front with a fixed price and milestones. After a discovery call we quote it and start within 3–5 business days. Hosting and ongoing work after launch are quoted to scope. Prices are in US dollars.
Next step
Pick a time between Monday and Thursday. We will talk through your goal, the ZATCA and PDPL points, and what a first version should include.
