Web development company UAE: sites and software, built remotely
We are a web development company UAE businesses can hire remotely. We design and build websites, CRM and ERP systems from Casablanca, in English, with calls in your afternoon and UAE VAT at 5 %, e-invoicing and the PDPL scoped before any code is written.
Why the UAE
A web development company for the UAE, run from Casablanca
As a web development company, we build websites, online stores, client portals and the systems behind them for businesses in the UAE. The work runs from Casablanca, three hours behind Dubai. One team keeps the project from design to code, hosting and handover.
We have no UAE office, trade licence or local phone number, and we say so up front. You get a fixed quote, a working preview at every step and the code at launch. A 09:00 to 18:00 day in the UAE shares about six hours with ours, or five during Ramadan, when Morocco moves to UTC+0.

Rules we build around
What a UAE project has to get right
Tax and invoicing. VAT is 5 %, and prices shown to consumers normally include it. A tax invoice carries the supplier’s Tax Registration Number (TRN). The UAE is also rolling out e-invoicing in phases, and the date that applies to you depends on your company. We keep order and invoice data clean so a connection to an e-invoicing provider can follow. Your tax adviser confirms the timeline.
Personal data. The federal PDPL (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) covers personal data on the mainland. A contact form, a CRM and a mailing list all collect personal data, so we design them with consent, access and retention in mind.
Forms and language. Arabic and English are both used in business. UAE addresses use an emirate and an area, not a postcode, and phone numbers start with +971. Forms have to allow for that.

Which data protection rulebook applies
The rulebook depends on where your company is licensed. Your lawyer confirms it. We ask early, because it changes how a form and a CRM are built.
| Where you are licensed | Data protection rule | Who it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Mainland | Federal PDPL, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 | Companies licensed by an emirate’s economic department |
| DIFC, Dubai | DIFC Data Protection Law No. 5 of 2020 | Companies in the Dubai International Financial Centre |
| ADGM, Abu Dhabi | ADGM Data Protection Regulations 2021 | Companies in Abu Dhabi Global Market |
| Other free zones | Depends on the zone | Your free zone authority confirms what applies |

FAQ
Questions from UAE buyers
What businesses in the UAE ask before they book a call.
Yes. We set the tax rate, test totals against examples from your accountant and keep the order data your invoices need. Your accountant confirms the rules for your business.
Will my system work with UAE e-invoicing?
E-invoicing is being rolled out in phases, and dates depend on company size. We structure invoice data so a connection to an approved provider can follow. Ask your tax adviser which phase covers you.
Does the PDPL affect my website forms and CRM?
If they collect names, emails or phone numbers, yes. We design consent, access and retention into them. A UAE lawyer should confirm what applies to your company.
Do I need an Arabic version of my site?
It depends on your customers. Many UAE sites work in English alone. If you want Arabic, we build the right-to-left structure and a native writer supplies the copy.
How much of my working day do we share?
About six hours on a 09:00 to 18:00 day, or five during Ramadan. Calls fit into your afternoon, and the rest is written down.
Can you work with a free zone company?
Yes. We work with mainland and free zone companies. The rules that differ are licensing and data protection, so we ask which applies before we design forms.
