UAE ERP

ERP software UAE, scoped honestly

ERP software for UAE businesses, built remotely from Casablanca. Our ready ERP, RIVER ERP, is Morocco-first, so UAE VAT returns, e-invoicing and salary files are custom work. We tell you that before you pay, and we build only the modules you need.

Ready ERP or custom ERP for the UAE

ERP software UAE companies can run on one set of books: invoices, stock, purchasing and finance. Our ready system, RIVER ERP, is built for Morocco first, so UAE VAT returns, e-invoicing and salary files would be custom work. If a UAE-localised ERP already fits, buy that. If not, we build the modules you need.

Mature ERPs with UAE VAT built in exist, and for a standard trading company one of them is often the right answer. A custom build makes sense when your process is unusual, when you want a few modules instead of a suite, or when you want to own the code and the data.

RIVER ERP gives you a base to start from: 23 modules in one install, multi-currency with a declared base currency, and a licence per domain with no per-seat fee. Its French and English screens are complete. Its Arabic screens are translated but laid out left-to-right. UAE modules would be written as custom work on top of it, or as a separate custom ERP, and the audit decides which.

The UAE is three hours ahead of Casablanca, or four in Ramadan, so audit workshops fit into six shared hours. This page sits under the UAE hub, Gulf hub and all markets.

How a UAE ERP rollout runs

The business keeps running while the system grows around it.

01

Audit

We map documents, roles, tax treatment and tools, then agree what goes live first.

02

Invoicing first

Quotes, invoices and payments go live with the TRN and 5 % VAT, tested on your own examples.

03

Stock and purchasing

Stock moves post to the ledger as they happen, with suppliers and landed costs.

04

Filing and payroll files

VAT figures, the salary file and reports your accountant needs, one at a time.

05

Run

We host, monitor and back it up, or hand it to your team with documentation and a walkthrough.

FAQ

Questions from UAE buyers

What businesses in the UAE ask before they choose an ERP.

1

Does RIVER ERP work for a UAE company out of the box?

No. RIVER ERP is Morocco-first. It handles invoicing, stock, the till and multi-currency, but UAE VAT returns, e-invoicing and salary files are custom work. We say so before the quote.

2

Should I buy a UAE-localised ERP instead?

If your process is standard, often yes. A localised ERP gets you UAE VAT on day one. Come to us when your process is unusual, when you want only some modules or when you want to own the code.

3

What does UAE e-invoicing mean for an ERP?

The UAE is rolling out e-invoicing through accredited service providers, in phases that depend on company size. The ERP must produce structured invoices and exchange them with a provider. Your accountant confirms the dates, and we build the connection once you choose a provider.

4

Can the ERP work in Arabic?

RIVER ERP’s Arabic screens are translated but laid out left-to-right, so right-to-left is custom work. A custom build can be right-to-left from the first screen, and invoices can carry English and Arabic.

5

How much does an ERP cost?

It depends on scope. Custom projects start at $10,000, scoped up front with a fixed price and milestones. After a discovery call we quote it and start within 3–5 business days. Hosting and ongoing work after launch are quoted to scope. Prices are in US dollars.
