What changes when the customer is in the UAE
Arabic and right-to-left. A right-to-left page is not a mirrored left-to-right page. Menus, icons and progress bars flip. Phone numbers, brand names and code samples do not. We pick Arabic typefaces that match the English ones, such as Cairo or IBM Plex Sans Arabic, and test every page with real Arabic copy.
Search in two languages. Each language gets its own URL, and hreflang tags tell Google which page serves which reader.
Forms, prices and addresses. UAE addresses use an emirate and an area, not a postcode, so forms must not demand one. Consumer prices are normally shown with 5 % VAT included. Phone fields accept +971 numbers.
Consent. The federal PDPL covers the personal data a contact form collects. We design the consent wording with you, and a UAE lawyer should confirm it.

Yes. We build right-to-left layouts and test them with real Arabic text. A native writer should produce the copy, and we set up the language switch and the search tags around it.

Does the PDPL affect my website?
If the site collects names, emails or phone numbers, yes. We design consent and retention into forms and mailing lists, and suggest a UAE lawyer confirms the wording.

No. We work remotely from Casablanca and share about six working hours a day with a 09:00 to 18:00 UAE day, five during Ramadan. You get a working preview at every step and own the code.
