Nearshore software development Europe, from Casablanca

We build ERP, CRM and web software for European businesses, remotely, from Casablanca. We work in English, in hours that overlap with yours: Casablanca is zero to one hour from Central European Time. GDPR and EU VAT are scoped before any code is written.

Why nearshore

What nearshore means when the studio is in Casablanca

Nearshore software development Europe buyers can book from Casablanca: ERP, CRM and web software built remotely, in English, in hours that match yours. Casablanca runs on UTC+1 all year, so Germany and the Netherlands are zero hours away in winter and one hour in summer.

We are not in the EU, and we say so. There is no European office. What you get is a team that answers within your working day, a fixed quote, a working preview at every step and all code and documentation at handover. Nearshore here means one thing: the working hours overlap.

Details by country: Germany, the Netherlands and Ireland. By service: custom web development, ERP systems and CRM development.

Time zones

How European working hours line up with ours

Counted for a 09:00 to 18:00 day in Casablanca and a 09:00 to 17:00 day on your side. Summer time runs from the last Sunday of March to the last Sunday of October. During Ramadan Casablanca moves to UTC+0, so every European city is one hour further ahead of us than shown.

FAQ

Questions from European buyers

What businesses in Europe ask before they book a call.

1

Is a studio in Casablanca really nearshore for Europe?

For working hours, yes. Casablanca is 0 to 1 hour from Ireland, Germany, the Netherlands, France and Spain, so you share 7 or 8 hours of the working day. We are outside the EU, so GDPR transfer rules are part of the scope from day one.

2

Do you have an office in Europe?

No. We work remotely from Casablanca, Morocco, and we do not claim a European address. You get calls in the shared hours and written updates in between.

3

Can you sign a GDPR data-processing agreement?

Yes. If we process personal data for you, we expect an Article 28 agreement, plus the Standard Contractual Clauses because Casablanca is outside the EU. Send your own template if you have one, and we review it before work starts.

4

Which languages do you work in?

English. If your site or software needs German, Dutch, French or another language, we build the multilingual structure and a native writer should produce the copy.

5

How is VAT handled on your invoices?

Ask your accountant how VAT applies to an invoice from a supplier outside the EU. For business customers it is usually a reverse charge on your side. We give you itemised invoices to work from.

6

Can the system be hosted in the EU?

Yes. We host on the provider you choose, including EU data-centre regions, or hand the system to your own hosting provider. We agree the region before any customer data is stored.
