ERP for trade, services and manufacturing
Invoicing, stock, purchasing and finance in one system you own, with German tax codes and a DATEV export scoped with your tax adviser.
Germany
We build custom software for German businesses, remotely, from Casablanca, in English. Germany is on our clock in winter and one hour ahead in summer, so most of the day is shared. E-invoicing, GoBD, DATEV and GDPR are scoped before any code is written.
Germany, from Casablanca
Custom software development Germany companies can hire from Casablanca: ERP and CRM systems, web platforms and online shops built remotely, in English, in your working hours. Germany is on our clock in winter and one hour ahead in summer, so seven or eight hours of every day are shared.
We are not a German company, and we have no office in Germany. Our working language is English. What you get is a fixed quote, a working preview at every step and all code and documentation at handover. If you need an on-site team or German-language support, a local integrator is the better fit.
From late October to late March we share a clock with Berlin. In summer Berlin is one hour ahead, so a 09:00 to 17:00 day in Germany shares 7 hours with ours. During Ramadan Casablanca moves back one hour, and we agree the shared hours in advance.

Rules we build around
VAT and e-invoicing. VAT (Umsatzsteuer) is 19 % standard and 7 % reduced. Every German business has been able to receive structured e-invoices for domestic B2B sales since 1 January 2025. Sending them becomes mandatory from 1 January 2027 for firms with more than €800,000 turnover in the previous year, and from 1 January 2028 for everyone. The usual formats are XRechnung and ZUGFeRD.
Books and tax advisers. The GoBD rules require digital books to be complete, traceable and unchangeable once posted. Most German tax advisers work in DATEV, so your system usually has to export to it.
Privacy. GDPR applies. German buyers expect a data-processing agreement (Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag, AVV) with a list of technical and organisational measures. Because Casablanca is outside the EU, we also agree the Standard Contractual Clauses before we touch personal data.
Website duties. A commercial site needs an Impressum, the legal notice. Non-essential cookies need consent first. Since 28 June 2025 the accessibility law BFSG requires online shops that sell to consumers to be accessible, with an exemption for micro-enterprises that provide services. Confirm what applies to you with a German lawyer.

FAQ
What businesses in Germany ask before they book a call.
No. We work remotely from Casablanca, Morocco, and we do not claim a German address. In winter we share your clock, so a same-day call is normal, and written updates fill the gaps.
In winter a full 8 hours on a 09:00 to 17:00 day, because Casablanca and Germany share a clock. In summer 7 hours, because Germany is one hour ahead of us.
Yes, as custom work. We agree the format and the validation rules with you and your tax adviser, then test them before launch. Our ready products, such as RIVER ERP, are Morocco-first, so German e-invoicing is not a ready-made module.
Yes. We expect a data-processing agreement with technical and organisational measures, plus the Standard Contractual Clauses because Casablanca is outside the EU. Send your own template if you have one.
Yes. We host on the provider you choose, including a data centre in Germany or elsewhere in the EU, or hand the system to your own provider. We agree the region before any customer data is stored.
Our working language is English. We can build the interface and the documents in German, and a native speaker should write and review the wording.
Next step
Book a call in the shared hours. We will talk through your process, the e-invoicing and data rules that apply, and what a first version should include.
