iDEAL
The bank-transfer method Dutch shoppers expect at checkout. We connect it through a payment provider and match each payment to its order.
The Netherlands
We build ERP, CRM and web software for Dutch businesses, remotely, from Casablanca, in English. The Netherlands shares Germany’s clock, so we share seven or eight hours of every working day. BTW, iDEAL and GDPR are scoped before any code is written.
The Netherlands, from Casablanca
Software development company Netherlands businesses can hire from Casablanca: ERP and CRM systems, online shops and web platforms, built remotely, in English. The Netherlands runs on the same clock as Germany, so we share eight hours a day in winter and seven in summer, and BTW, iDEAL and GDPR are scoped before any code.
We are not a Dutch company, and we have no office in the Netherlands. We work in English, and most Dutch businesses are comfortable doing the same in meetings. Customer-facing copy in Dutch should still come from a native writer. You get a fixed quote, a working preview at every step and all code and documentation at handover.
The Netherlands is a trading country. Rotterdam is Europe’s largest seaport, Schiphol is a major airport, and the economy leans on logistics, trade, horticulture and food. Two payment companies, Adyen and Mollie, are based in Amsterdam. Software here has to connect to carriers, customs, banks and accounting packages, and we build with those links in mind.

Rules we build around
BTW (VAT). The standard rate is 21 % and the reduced rate is 9 %. Businesses file BTW returns with the Belastingdienst, the tax authority, and report sales to other EU businesses in the ICP return. Services bought from a supplier outside the EU, such as an invoice from us, are usually reverse-charged on your side. Confirm the detail with your accountant.
E-invoicing. Public-sector customers expect e-invoices, usually through the Peppol network. Other businesses can choose to send them too.
Privacy. GDPR applies, and the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens is the Dutch data protection authority. Tracking cookies need consent before they are set. Because Casablanca is outside the EU, we agree a data-processing agreement and the Standard Contractual Clauses before we touch personal data.
Accessibility. Public-sector sites must meet WCAG 2.1 level AA under the EU Web Accessibility Directive. Since 28 June 2025 the European Accessibility Act also covers online shops that sell to consumers, with an exemption for micro-enterprises that provide services.
Payments and books
Four things a Dutch system has to connect to.
The bank-transfer method Dutch shoppers expect at checkout. We connect it through a payment provider and match each payment to its order.
Adyen, Mollie, Buckaroo, Stripe and PayPal cover cards and wallets. SEPA direct debit (incasso) suits subscriptions and business invoices.
Exact Online, AFAS, Twinfield and Moneybird publish APIs we can connect to. We confirm each one’s limits during scoping.
Stock, shipping and import documents in one flow, for firms that move goods through Dutch ports and airports.
What we build
FAQ
What businesses in the Netherlands ask before they book a call.
No. We work remotely from Casablanca, Morocco, and we do not claim a Dutch address. Most projects run on video calls that we plan in the hours we share.
Eight hours on a 09:00 to 17:00 day in winter, because the Netherlands and Casablanca share a clock. In summer it is seven hours, because the Netherlands is one hour ahead of us.
Yes. We connect iDEAL through a payment provider such as Adyen, Mollie or Buckaroo, test the whole payment flow and match payments to orders in your back office. The provider sets the fees.
Usually, yes. Both publish APIs. We check what each one allows during scoping, then build and test the connection with examples from your accountant.
For Dutch consumers, in most cases yes. We build the multilingual structure, and a native writer should produce the Dutch copy. For business customers English is often enough, so ask your own customers.
Yes. We expect an agreement under Article 28 of the GDPR plus the Standard Contractual Clauses, because Casablanca is outside the EU. Send your own template if you have one.
